The grounds and gardens are fully maintained, so nothing is waiting for you when you return. Letting is entirely optional. If you’d like your villa to earn while you’re away, Villa 5 can be placed into the Barrier Beach Resort Accommodation Pool for holiday letting, with the resort looking after the guests it books in. It’s your decision, and there’s no obligation either way.

The kitchen is part of the open-plan living space, with the dining area at its centre. It has timber benchtops, generous proportions and a fully equipped fit-out, and it’s built for hosting, from big family breakfasts to a long sunset dinner for friends. The whole space flows onto the deck and pool so the party moves outside easily. Villa 5 is air-conditioned throughout, so you can cool down in comfort whenever you like.

Every bedroom is a generous king-size room with its own private ensuite and beautiful timber storage made from local timbers. The main bedroom opens onto the deck with direct access to the pool, and its ensuite includes a bath.
